Unique in the world, this site offers a moving approach to the ornate cave of Pont d'Arc (known as the Chauvet cave) through a restoration of paintings dating back more than 36,000 years.
The first artists in the history of Humanity painted a masterpiece: horses, lions, rhinos and many other animals captured on the spot, running, hunting or clashing.
Located 10 km by car from The Cigalous, the Cavern of the Pont d'Arc restitution area of the Chauvet cave can be visited every day.
